This page (the landing site) does not collect personally identifiable information. We use only cookies necessary for the website to function. Sign-up and sign-in take place in our separate student system, which is governed by this same policy.

Our student system (when you sign up or sign in) collects account data such as your name, school, and grade level, along with learning data, in order to provide and improve the service, under this same policy.

Analytics tools run only after you accept. Our analytics is cookieless and anonymous (aggregate only). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”.

Featuring students publicly (website and social media)

We may feature a student's nickname or short name with their grade level, photo, and quiz results on our website and/or social media to promote and showcase success stories. We do this only after obtaining parental/guardian consent, requested separately for each channel (website / social media). We follow data minimization. Parents/guardians may withdraw consent and request removal at any time. Note that content published on social media may be cached or re-shared by third parties, so complete deletion may be limited.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data, do not run personalized advertising, and do not build advertising profiles of minors. Our website usage analytics is anonymous.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Necessary cookies last about 120 minutes, while learning data in the student system is kept for as long as your account is active or until you request deletion.

Minors

Most of our users are secondary-school students who are minors. For any processing that relies on consent, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian as required by law, and we do not show personalized advertising to minors.
